Audiovisual guide for Judiska Museet, Stockholm
An audiovisual guide created for Judiska Museet, exhibited at the museum in 2022. Collaborating with Leonard Ekenberg, we aimed to design an engaging and enjoyable way for visitors to learn about klezmer and its influence on Jewish culture and music as a whole.
The guide provides concise information about the music genre and features an interactive music box that allows users to compose their own klezmer melodies. Each key/button invites exploration of different beats and instruments, enabling users to experience the essence of klezmer. Simultaneously, as they play, users create a visual poster that responds with color and motion.
The visual identity, design, typography, UX design, and programming were crafted by Leonard Ekenberg and me, while the sound design was produced by Leonard Ekenberg. The audiovisual guide, ‘Ljudiska Museet,’ was primarily developed as a mobile application and can be found here.
